Light and dark, I am here for it all. I have been practicing as a medical massage therapist and owner of Integrative Massage LLC since 2007. As a life long learner, I continued to study many different modalities such as sound therapy, flower essences, energy movement and breathwork. My current methods and treatment style have been birthed from my own healing work, learning from different mentors that even included two trips to Egypt.

I also received a bachelor's in science from MSU in Medical Technology. I believe in the merging of science-ey things with the sacred-ey things.

The sessions I offer are like a well-orchestrated dance in how each modality flows in perfect harmony together knowing exactly what your body needs in that moment.

When I am not working with clients I enjoy spending time with my side kick and faithful therapy companion, Daisy the Bernedoodle, being an Aunt to my three nieces and traveling.
