As an empath, I have been called to channel the healing energy of Reiki to help my clients release any energetic blocks to their health and wellness. During my own breast cancer journey I was the recipient of beautiful Reiki healing. I found that Reiki helped me relax, regain my vitality and stamina, and have a sense of peace in regards to my greatest outcome of health.

I have witnessed the beautiful healing powers of Reiki in my own practice on clients who were looking for stress relief, clarity in relationships and health impediments. I am truly grateful to witness my clients' healing and transformation through Reiki.

In a typical Reiki Energy Healing session you sit in a chair or lie on a massage table, fully clothed. I will ask for any intentions, concerns or areas needing focus. You can discuss any physical, emotional or energetic issues you’d like to address. I will place my hands above your body in specific positions as the Reiki energy flows through them.

 

All you have to do is receive! Afterword, we may discuss any sensations or insights received. You are encouraged to drink water and allow the healing to take place. Each session is unique and personal, tailored to what your mind, body and spirit need at that moment.

I’ve always been interested in alternative healing modalities.  As an eager student, I constantly seek to learn more about the practice of energy healing and how it relates to our bodies natural tendency to be in a healthy state.  I earned the certification as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher in 2019.  I am currently a Shamanic Apprentice as I expand my capabilities to guide others towards a fulfilling and meaningful life.

When I am not working with clients I enjoy kayaking, hiking, weaving and spending time with my three daughters.
